About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Luxury Retail Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the operations of our luxury flagship store in Leeds, overseeing a team of 20+ managers, and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Controls: Ensure effective wage controls, compliance with payroll processing, and drive excellent performance through detailed analysis and floor-based observations.
  • Sales: Understand business and customer expectations, drive KPI targets, and motivate the team to deliver results through exceptional sales performance.
  • Development: Identify internal and external talent, drive exceptional performance through development opportunities and performance management processes, and create a culture that encourages and rewards performance fairly and equitably.
  • Leadership and Management: Inspire the workforce, act as a role model, develop and motivate the team of managers to achieve success, and build strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, brand partners, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading a large team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level.
  • Vast knowledge and passion of luxury retail, including building brand relationships.
  • A background that demonstrates the ability to increase sales and profits, control costs and stock loss, and manage senior managers.
  • Proven track record of internal progression and development.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on the company's needs.
