We prioritize our people. Your role is crucial...

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Change Manager to join our Change & Communications Team. In this role, you will spearhead and oversee various transformation initiatives from inception to execution within our Operations division. Your primary objective will be to ensure that changes are implemented smoothly and that change agents are well-supported with effective delivery strategies.

You will collaborate with diverse teams on projects that align with our strategic objectives. We seek someone who can manage these initiatives, actively engage in the work, and contribute as needed.

You will be an accomplished Change Manager, adept at working with cross-functional teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while developing and executing comprehensive project plans, leading readiness efforts, and creating mitigation strategies. Experience in the energy industry is essential. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail—project planning and reporting should come naturally to you. Project management certification is a plus. Familiarity with resource and project management tools (knowledge of Asana and Miro is advantageous). Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Results-oriented, with the ability to manage complexity, showcasing proven problem-solving and innovative thinking skills. A strong communicator, capable of facilitating challenging discussions and removing obstacles by securing clear commitments.

We drive progress. Your contributions will make a difference.

Plan and oversee the execution of change initiatives focused on our Energy division, ensuring that solutions yield optimal outcomes for our business, customers, and team members. You will create and implement cohesive change communication and engagement strategies aligned with key business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and developing educational initiatives to support the rollout of change projects. Your role will involve delivering change to enhance adoption, reduce resistance, and maximize employee engagement throughout the transformation process. Ensure that risk and control stakeholders are engaged with the changes being implemented and are providing necessary approvals and endorsements. You will plan and execute all changes within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Foster a culture of resilience to change within the Operations division. You will also assist in coordinating routine initiatives (e.g., price increase notifications, terms and conditions updates) to guarantee a seamless experience for both customers and colleagues. You will have the opportunity to express your insights and share them in appropriate forums. Promote consistency across projects by utilizing efficient tools and documentation, embedding retrospectives and lessons learned. Develop and manage comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting systems for insightful trend analysis and status updates. Provide regular updates on project status, proactively identifying, tracking, mitigating, and managing project risks while ensuring timely resolution and escalation through change governance. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.

Collaboration is key. Your team and colleagues...

As part of the Change and Communications team, reporting to the Operational Change Manager, your role will be vital in supporting our change initiatives across the organization. Your Change colleagues focus on Process Improvement, and you will work alongside peer Change Leads. Your Communications colleagues handle company-wide messaging.
