Enhanced Support Service (ESS)
The Enhanced Support Service is a specialized model that consists of a compact, multi-disciplinary team dedicated to working intensively with inmates and staff, employing a personalized, psychologically informed approach tailored to a limited caseload of the most complex cases. The primary objective of this service is to mitigate the adverse effects of violent, suicidal, and disruptive behaviors. Furthermore, the team aims to foster a broader understanding of the challenges faced by this population, promoting a psychologically informed environment that effectively supports the needs of the inmates.
Main Responsibilities
The administrator will provide essential administrative assistance to the ESS team, including managing referrals, data entry, and database development, as well as generating insightful reports under the guidance of clinical and service leadership.
This role is integral to the multi-disciplinary team and requires collaboration with various agencies.
