Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Talent Pool for various positions in the hospital and healthcare industry. As a member of our Talent Pool, you will have the opportunity to be considered for future job openings in a range of roles, including nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Perform clinical assessments and provide accurate documentation of patient progress
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid professional license or certification in the relevant healthcare field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in the use of healthcare information systems and electronic medical records
  • Understanding of and adherence to patient confidentiality laws and regulations
