About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Thorpe Hall Hospice. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to provide person-centered care
  • Assist with medication administration, domestic duties, and mobility support
  • Encourage independence and promote a positive patient experience
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional end-of-life care

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
