Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at First Option Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
- Work one-on-one with patients in their family homes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- PMVA/Breakaway training
- Seizure Management
- Familiarity with Positive Behavioural Support plans
- Driver
- Commitment to 36 hours per week
