Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Receptionist to join our team at JLL. As the primary point of contact for client visitors and employees, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public, directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Receive, direct, and relay telephone, email, and other queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer parking spaces for visitors and employees, arranging taxis as requested.
  • Book meeting rooms and hospitality according to client requests and site procedures.

HSE, Security & Quality

  • Liaise with site managing agents and security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Complete inductions for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures.
  • Demonstrate a high level of security awareness, knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures, and general Health & Safety protocols.
  • Issue ID and access badges for new hires, vendors, and visitors, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and maintain office consumables within agreed stock levels.
  • Maintain the security sign-in book and carry out site inductions for new starters.
  • Understand and actively support JLL's Quality Management program.

Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated and passionate team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to proactively resolve queries and issues.
