Role Overview:
This role is pivotal in collaborating with the Director of Marketing and the broader marketing team to craft and execute the marketing strategy. You will serve as a deputy when necessary and oversee marketing campaigns, initiatives, communications, and channels to enhance our reputation and recruitment goals.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • CIM / IDM Certification or significant relevant experience.
  • English GCSE at grade B / 6 or above.
  • Proficiency in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in creating integrated marketing strategies and designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to support our adult and commercial programs.
  • Leading the planning, development, and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives to meet objectives.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Managing a team that includes a Graphic Designer, Web & Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing and Event Apprentice to foster high performance.
  • Creating engaging and relevant content tailored to target audiences.
