Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition and promotion of new land opportunities while overseeing a Strategic Land Portfolio.
  • Act as a senior figure within a skilled Land team, leveraging your network to explore new regions and secure exclusive land prospects.
  • Market land parcels to developers and investors, emphasizing their development potential.
  • Champion land acquisitions that resonate with our commitment to sustainable growth.
  • Identify and establish long-term promotion agreements for prime development sites through thorough internal research and your vast network.
  • Formulate comprehensive planning and promotion strategies aimed at maximizing development value while minimizing costs.
  • Lead negotiations with landowners, manage external consultants, and cultivate influential relationships with local planning authorities, property contacts, agents, landowners, and developers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in land promotion and/or acquisition.
  • In-depth understanding of the residential construction sector, including land acquisition and disposal.
  • Demonstrated success in securing long-term option agreements for strategic land sites.
  • Strong planning acumen and experience navigating the planning landscape.
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with stakeholders, politicians, and landowners.
