Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team at Tdm Recruitment. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process from acquisition to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate individual projects across multiple sites, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Site Acquisition: Identify and acquire new development sites, conducting thorough due diligence to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to develop and implement design specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project finances, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as property, construction, or business.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in land development, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office, with experience in project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
