About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Featurespace. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing channels, including professional networks, online communities, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles, focusing on both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent planning.
- Conduct talent market research to map out the best channels and networks for each role and provide insights into talent availability and competition.
- Work closely with our hiring managers to assess candidate suitability, both in terms of skills and culture, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Consistently manage expectations of both the hiring team and candidates throughout the hiring processes.
- Help craft compelling messaging and outreach strategies that promote our employer brand and attract the best candidates.
- Track key sourcing metrics, such as conversion rates and time-to-fill, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies based on data insights.
- Manage employee referral programs.
- Oversee all processes through to offer, managing the offer process diligently and efficiently to ensure a positive outcome.
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition to analyze cost of recruitment and set realistic goals on budgets.
- Work on ad-hoc value-add projects (e.g. D&I, Recruitment Marketing, Sourcing Campaigns).
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will have a strong understanding of the technology industry and be able to identify and attract top talent to support our business growth.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting into the technology industry as part of an in-house talent team, with proven experience in a sourcing-focused role recruitment team.
- Solid understanding and experience of full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience of creating strong networks and talent pools, with demonstrable experience of headhunting via LinkedIn.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and be confident at prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for finding unique and creative ways to identify talent.
