Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to attract, hire, and retain top talent to drive Bicycle Therapeutics' growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end talent acquisition across the UK and US, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
- Full candidate management, including active sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and scheduling interviews for panel members and offer process.
- Maintain accurate candidate workflow in our ATS, SmartRecruiters.
- Agree ways of working and communication channels with hiring managers to ensure expectations are aligned.
- Provide real-time compensation and benefit information.
- Work closely with the HR operations team to ensure a seamless offer and onboarding experience.
- Contribute to achieving KPIs while focusing on the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Prioritize and embed ED&I into talent acquisition practices, building a diverse and innovative workforce representative of the communities we serve.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent driving business performance.
- Partner with the wider HR team to provide a well-rounded and joined-up service to internal stakeholders.
- Build relationships and manage external recruitment agencies where needed.
- Demonstrable track record as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner, either from an in-house, RPO, or consultancy setting.
- Strong technical sourcing/head-hunting capabilities, able to identify and attract in-demand talent, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool.
- Very strong stakeholder management skills, able to develop strong relationships at all levels and mentor/coach hiring managers on all things recruitment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, able to navigate complex situations to get things done.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Life sciences sector experience, preferably in Biopharmaceuticals or Biotech.
