Role Overview:
This role primarily involves collaborating closely with the Marketing Director and the broader marketing team to formulate and execute the marketing strategy, serving as their deputy when necessary, and overseeing marketing campaigns, initiatives, communications, and channels to support the achievement of its branding and recruitment goals.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • CIM / IDM Certification or significant relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, assessing, evaluating, and reporting on campaign effectiveness to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Managing a team comprising a Graphic Designer, Web & Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing and Event Apprentice to foster a high-performing environment.
  • Creating relevant and engaging content tailored to the target audiences.
