Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at air-recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across London, providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with over 125 client accounts, understanding their business needs and concerns.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate and close business contracts with existing and new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and deliver sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Financial Management: Monitor client budgets, explaining costs and expenditures, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
