Job Title: Sales and Account Management Professional
Job Summary:
Kandhu Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team. As a Sales and Account Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, sustaining solid relationships with existing key customers, and developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
- Sustain solid relationships with existing key customers to encourage repeat business
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Assist Key Account Managers with administrative tasks and updating the system
- Accurately record details of customers' purchase orders
- Maintain and update the in-house software with customer information
- Create and present detailed sales reports to the Sales team
Requirements:
- Good telephone manners and excellent English speaker
- Chinese speaker or experience working for a Chinese company is a plus
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word and general IT skills essential
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
