About the Role

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join their team at a leading 3PL provider in Hounslow. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe performance of daily tasks, monitoring key performance indicators, and working closely with the operations team to eliminate stock discrepancies and errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead a team to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve stock discrepancies and errors
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehousing and people management
  • FLT licenses and MHE experience is essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
