Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with Retail/Property Business Partners and supporting the category team to maximize sales, compliance, and passenger experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the terminal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Retail Account Managers, Property Asset Managers, and tenants.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management: Assist with client/customer audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data management and process improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications/experience in one of the following fields preferred: fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management, and/or experience of working in a property environment.
  2. Essential Skills: Effective communication skills, written and verbal, to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders, and business partners; analytical and data management skills; strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
