About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Account Manager to join our team at DO & CO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to inform business decisions, drive growth, and optimize customer experiences.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Strong Industry Experience: Proven experience in the airline industry, catering, logistics, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Account Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
