Immediate Requirement
A dynamic software as a service (SaaS) organization is currently in need of a Human Resources Administrator for a temporary assignment. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £15-16 and is essential for supporting a busy HR team across the EMEA region during a peak period.
The position entails a hybrid working model, with approximately 50% of the time spent in the office and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the HR communication inbox and serving as the primary contact for inquiries.
- Addressing urgent requests and managing offboarding processes for logged tickets.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, verification of work eligibility, and background checks. This also involves coordinating IT equipment and orientation for new hires.
- Assisting with payroll-related tasks, including tracking absences, maternity leave, and other HR administrative functions.
- Providing additional HR administrative support as required by the team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience within a fast-paced HR environment and be seeking a temporary role for a duration of up to six weeks. The successful applicant will be comfortable acting as the first point of contact, demonstrating both independent and collaborative work skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities is essential in this dynamic setting.
