Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, OTE £42,000, with flexible work-from-home options

Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Services Associate, you will report directly to the Head of Paraplanning and will be primarily tasked with supporting a dynamic team of financial advisors. Your role will involve collaborating with paraplanners on various administrative functions while ensuring a professional and compliant service is delivered to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing client information for financial illustrations
  • Processing new business applications
  • Preparing letters of authority for client policy inquiries
  • Handling client calls and addressing third-party inquiries
  • Ensuring all business activities are conducted responsibly and in compliance with legislative requirements
  • Managing your task list and prioritizing workload effectively

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate for this Client Services Associate position will have relevant experience in the financial services industry.

Experience with investment platforms and office administration is essential.

Additionally, you should possess the following skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to £7,000 per annum is available based on performance
