Role Overview:

As a Client Services Associate, you will report directly to the Head of Paraplanning and work from our Shrewsbury office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential support to a dynamic team of financial advisors and collaborating with paraplanners on various administrative duties, ensuring a professional and compliant service for our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing client data for financial illustrations
  • Processing new business applications
  • Preparing letters of authority for client policy inquiries
  • Handling client calls and addressing third-party queries
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations
  • Managing your task list and prioritizing workload effectively

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate for this Client Services Associate position will have relevant experience in the financial services industry.

Experience with investment platforms and office administration is also essential.

Additionally, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
