Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Services Associate, you will report directly to the Head of Paraplanning and will be based in our Shrewsbury office. Your primary focus will be to provide essential support to a dynamic team of financial advisors, collaborating closely with paraplanners on various administrative functions while ensuring a professional and compliant service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing client information for financial illustrations
- Processing new business applications
- Preparing letters of authority for client policy inquiries
- Handling incoming calls and addressing client and third-party inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations in a timely manner
- Managing task lists and prioritizing workload effectively

Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate for this Client Services Associate position will have relevant experience in the financial services industry.
Experience with investment platforms and office administration is also essential.
