Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valuer to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our Estate Agency office, you will be responsible for valuing properties, conducting viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough property valuations and provide accurate reports
  • Assist with viewings and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Valuer or Sales Negotiator in the Estate Agency industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
