The Role
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team and support on events. The ideal candidate will have experience working in events or hospitality and have a can-do attitude. You will receive lots of training, but it is just as important that you are willing to learn and work hard with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Event Manager and wider production team
- Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
- Work with suppliers to source materials and services
- Liaise with the warehouse teams
- Organize accommodation and transport
- Speak with guests on the day of the event
- Register delegates as they attend
- Put together itineraries for the event
Requirements
- Experience working in events or hospitality
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships
