Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our team at Car Benefit Solutions. As a key member of our sales-oriented and customer-centric environment, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our clients and driving business growth in the automotive division.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to increase business levels and delivering exceptional service in line with contractual commitments.
- Administer quotations, demonstrating attention to detail and adhering to specific processes required for each client.
- Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accountability at all stages of the process and delivering actions to a high standard.
- Communicate with clients at the end of contract to encourage renewal of their scheme vehicles.
- Undertake a range of essential administrative activities for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate and support team members as required to achieve department and business objectives.
- Represent Car Benefit Solutions in a professional and positive manner, displaying pride in our products and services and aligning all actions and behaviours to our Core Values.
- 5 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Mathematics.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and internal software.
- Strong Numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical problem-solving approach.
- The ability to analyse and research information.
- A proven track record in developing external client relationships and delivering excellent service.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload through effective organisation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
- Professional approach to all endeavours.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a £3,663 bonus incentive (split quarterly). The working hours are 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. As part of our comprehensive induction plan, the expectation of office attendance in the first month will be greater.
