About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team at Car Benefit Solutions. As a key member of our sales-oriented and customer-centric environment, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our clients and driving business growth in the automotive division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to increase business levels and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
  • Service Delivery: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded in line with contractual commitments.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing client data, processing quotes, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: 5 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Mathematics.
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, attention to detail, numeracy skills, and the ability to analyze and research information.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a £3,663 bonus incentive (split quarterly). The working hours are 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
