About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our team at Car Benefit Solutions. As a key member of our sales-oriented and customer-centric environment, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality service to our clients and driving business growth in the automotive division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to increase business and delivering exceptional service in line with contractual commitments.
  • Administer quotations, demonstrating attention to detail and adhering to specific processes required for each client.
  • Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accountability and delivering actions to a high standard.
  • Communicate with customers at the end of contract to encourage renewal of their scheme vehicles.
  • Undertake a range of essential administrative activities for new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department and business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs grades A-C including English and Mathematics.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and internal software.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyse and research information.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus a £3,663 bonus incentive (split quarterly). The working hours are 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
