Temporary to Permanent - Full-time Night and Day shifts available, with options for both full-time and part-time contracts.


Are you a dedicated Care Assistant with a commitment to delivering exceptional support to adults with diverse needs? Balfor Recruitment is actively looking for Care Assistants who possess experience in assisting individuals facing challenging behaviors, intricate health conditions, autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges.


In this role, you will be engaged in residential facilities and supported living environments, offering care and assistance to service users.

This position provides flexibility and diversity, enabling you to positively influence the lives of those you assist.

Minimum of 6 months recent experience as a Care Assistant in a Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, or Challenging Behavior setting.

  • Must hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Mandatory training and MAPA training (training can be provided).
  • Proficient in all facets of care.
  • Adaptable and dependable.
