Job Overview

Candidate Profile:

About You:

  • You possess experience in a service-oriented sector relevant to our business (e.g., retail, hospitality, catering, or any customer-focused role).
  • You are recognized for your customer-centric approach, excelling in client support and valuing direct customer interaction.
  • You exhibit confidence and charm, making you a natural in sales.
  • You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • You have excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients.
  • You hold a valid driver's license with at least 12 months of driving experience in the UK.
Your Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary goal will be to enhance the rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for each client. You will provide expert advice to both national and international clients, ensuring exceptional face-to-face service. Your knowledge of our vehicle fleet will allow you to recommend protection options and additional services effectively. You will also manage our premium vehicle offerings while assisting with vehicle preparation and cleaning as needed.
