The Client Relations Specialist will report directly to the Customer Service Team Leader.

About You

You have experience in a customer service capacity and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration with key departments is vital.

Your attention to detail is exemplary, allowing you to provide precise and dependable information while confidently navigating various software applications and utilizing multiple systems concurrently to work efficiently.

You are dedicated to enhancing service standards, whether working autonomously or as part of a team, to meet both team and organizational service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all written communications are processed and responses are issued in alignment with the targets established by the Customer Support Management Team.

  • Maintain close communication with Property Managers to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and courteously.
  • Regularly update internal databases accurately, ensuring that all relevant documentation is stored in the appropriate locations.
