Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding to online enquiries and phone calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with solicitors to match clients with the best professional for their needs and prepare for initial meetings.
  • Welcome clients to meetings, follow up to ensure engagement, and maintain client relationships.
  • Keep detailed records, monitor KPIs, and assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Profile

We are seeking a passionate and professional individual with a solid academic background to join our client relations team.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Experience in client-facing or operations roles.
  • Degree from a reputable university preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Offer

Competitive salary up to £30,000 with a bonus opportunity of up to 30%.
