The Role
We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team, focusing on addressing any inquiries or concerns our clients may have. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with clients to provide effective solutions, manage case logging, and maintain our CRM system on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and will be highly motivated to support both the team and our clientele. You will interact with various departments and engage with clients daily to identify solutions and prevent future inquiries through effective problem-solving.
Essential Skills

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service and administrative inquiries received via email and phone, supporting the team in addressing ad-hoc client requests
- Ensure all activities comply with current regulatory guidelines and service standards
- Maintain and update client databases, including SAP, Excel, and Outlook
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Production, and Delivery on a daily basis, assisting with administrative tasks
- Log cases in the CRM system (SAP)
- Adhere to client scopes of work and performance documentation related to order management
- Keep clients informed about their order status
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner, in accordance with our service level agreements
- Provide effective solutions to issues
- Report and resolve faults
- Deliver exceptional client support consistently
Candidate Profile
To be considered for this position, candidates should be:
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Available for full-time work (40 hours per week)
Salary: £27,000
