Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Results: Identify, evaluate, and execute profit maximisation activities to achieve financial targets through marketing, sales, and merchandising strategies.
  • Manage Performance: Track and manage the performance and profitability of our products across all marketplaces through organic and paid activities.
  • Content Optimisation: Enhance product titles, descriptions, categorisations, and A++ content to improve page rank, SEO, and sales.
  • PPC Management: Execute day-to-day PPC management and optimisation for the assigned product portfolio in line with set KPIs.
  • Marketing Deals: Execute marketing deals, promotions, coupons, and promo codes to drive sales and growth.
  • Market Research: Analyse market trends, voice of the customer, and competitive research to improve product performance and market share growth.
  • Fulfilment Metrics: Track and communicate with the Operations Lead to forecast, oversee, and manage product inventory levels to retain premium shipping eligibility.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report and analyse marketplaces performance and operating metrics on a daily and weekly basis.
Requirements:
  • Data Management: Proven data management and analytical skills, with a track record of digging into data and finding solutions for performance issues.
  • E-commerce Experience: E-commerce and digital marketing experience, with a focus on Amazon marketplace management.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently, adapt to a fluid environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
