Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned and flexible HR Strategic Partner to join a prominent veterinary services organization, focusing on the Northwest region.

Role Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HRBP to collaborate with operational and leadership teams throughout the Northwest. As this support structure is relatively new, you will have the chance to shape processes, policies, and other initiatives, making a significant impact from the outset. Your role will involve working closely with leaders from clinical backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of relationship-building, trust, and influence.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Head of People while maintaining a close partnership with the Regional Director, Area Managers, and Area Support Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and influence business leaders on people and business-related issues, leveraging data and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Utilize data analytics effectively and promptly to provide insights that support sound decision-making and interventions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners to facilitate effective workforce forecasting, planning, and mobilization through strategic attraction methods.
  • Contribute significantly to the development and execution of growth strategies by identifying people-related unique selling propositions (USPs) and challenges, along with actionable solutions.
  • Coach leaders to make decisions that positively affect colleague engagement and retention through attentive listening and effective engagement strategies.

Essential Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner capacity, preferably within a clinical setting.
  • Capability to coach leaders in effective people management practices.
  • Experience in a multi-site operational environment.
  • Willingness to engage in both hands-on and strategic activities as required.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing circumstances.

Location Requirements: This position is fully remote; however, it is crucial that the successful candidate resides in the Northwest region.
