About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Advisor to join our team at KM4HR. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy Development: Collaborate with the People Manager to review, amend, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, including training programs, recognition initiatives, and performance management practices.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all HR-related compliance and regulatory matters are managed efficiently, minimizing risk to the organization.
  • HR Systems and Data Management: Maintain accurate employee data, update the HRIS database, and provide management information to the People Manager on employee relations, absence data, and key trends.
  • Project Management: Provide support for HR projects, including TUPE, acquisitions, and contract reviews, and assist in the creation and delivery of HR-related training to managers.
Requirements
  • Strong HR Knowledge: Proven experience in HR policy development, employee engagement, and compliance management.
