HR Advisor

CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join their team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager with various administrative tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and selection administration, including accurate and efficient reference checking
- Monthly payroll and benefits administration
- Learning and development programs, including course booking
- Performance management, through timely employee surveys and appraisal/coaching programs
- Employee engagement and employee relations
- Wellbeing programs - coordination of staff gifts and communication of staff events
- People analytics; timely monthly and quarterly P&D KPI reporting
- Strong HR administrative skills, including on-boarding and contract administration
- Ideal CIPD Level 3 or above or studying towards
- Excellent IT skills, comfortable in a 'paperless' office
