Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team at Diving Dragon Games. As an HR Analyst, you will play a key role in providing strategic HR support to our clients, helping them to navigate complex HR issues and improve their overall HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advisory services to clients, including employee relations, case work, and business partner support
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver HR-related training programs
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified to level 5
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or large employer setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
