About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to clients on employment law, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job advertising, shortlisting, and interviewing

Requirements
  • CIPD qualification to level 5 or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and its application in the workplace
  • Previous experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or large employer setting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requests from clients
  • Drive and enthusiasm to take on new challenges and improve processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other HR systems
