The People Team at New Forest Care is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in driving business success by providing expert HR guidance and support to senior stakeholders and leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of the People Team in providing consistent and reliable generalist HR support, including the practical application of employment law and staff issues.
  • Engage business areas with the strategic HR agenda, ensuring stakeholders understand the associated activity and their accountabilities for delivering and embedding it.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders, providing day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the People Plan.
  • Assist in building strong talent pipelines and workforce planning.
  • Utilize experience, skills, and knowledge of the HR industry to maximize impact and add value in key areas such as change management, employee engagement, recruitment, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience in analyzing data and producing reports.
  • Experience in advising managers on HR-related procedures, casework, change management, and policy interpretation.
