Your Role:
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with prospects, clients, insurers, and colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the global market.
  • Originate, advise on, and place multinational credit insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build a strong internal and external network to generate future sales leads and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Aon's global network to share insights and pursue joint sales opportunities.
  • Create compelling promotional materials and organize events to attract new business and raise brand awareness within the global market.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to integrity and a work ethic that positively impacts clients and colleagues.
  • Sales experience is essential, with a preference for new business development.
  • Strong networking abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Experience in the insurance industry, particularly credit insurance, is highly advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to make a strong impression during client meetings.
  • General business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • IT literacy with experience using databases.
