About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team at GBS - Global. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in our target accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and pitches to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
