About the Role:

Activate Learning is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations Officer to join our team at City of Oxford College. As an Examinations Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of all examination processes across our Oxford Colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain information from faculties and register students with awarding bodies
  • Enter students for exams, run exams, process results, and provide examination data as required
  • Support the Examinations Team in ensuring accurate and timely examination processes
  • Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff to resolve examination-related issues

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 2 standard or higher in English and Maths
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
  • High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Previous experience and confidence in using a large database is essential
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
