About the Role

The Assessment Coordinator will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of all assessment processes across the Assessment and Assessment Marketing teams. This includes managing logistics, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including examination boards, schools, and universities.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, implementing quality assurance processes to maintain high standards.
  • Logistics, Resource Management & Supply Management: Coordinate logistics, manage resources, and oversee supply chain management to ensure seamless assessment delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance assessment processes, ensuring continuous quality enhancement.
About You

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual with a proven track record in an administrative role, preferably within an educational or examination context. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to Handle Confidential Information: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
