Job Title: Professional Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Development Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our assessment processes and ensuring the integrity of our qualifications.

About the Role

The Professional Development Coordinator will work closely with our Assessment Delivery Manager to support the delivery of assessments, preparation of assessment materials, and reporting of results. You will be responsible for ensuring the learners of our Institute experience a fair and consistent assessment service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of assessments and preparation of assessment materials
  • Work with examiners and institute colleagues to ensure the integrity of our qualifications
  • Prepare and report assessment results to support Board meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements
  • Excellent customer care skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a flexible and proactive way, supporting colleagues as needed
  • Discreet and diplomatic handling of confidential information
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
