Job Title: Professional Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Development Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering our assessment processes within specified time limits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the learners of the Institute experience a fair and consistent assessment service while maintaining the integrity of the qualifications offered.
  • Work with examiners and institute colleagues to support several assessments within the remit of the team.
  • Prepare assessment materials, check and report assessment results to support Board meetings and subsequent release to institute learners.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer care skills, including sensitivity to the needs of the customer.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discreet and diplomatic in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and a calm, methodical approach while working under sustained pressure.

Desirable:

  • Experience within a professional body or higher education provider.
  • Evidence of commitment to professional development.
