Role Overview

This position is part of the Global Commercial Credit Strategy and Integration (GSI) team, which is responsible for developing strategies and integrating new products and changes into the Commercial Credit International teams. GSI is focused on optimizing the strategy for Global Commercial Credit (GCC) and managing various integration and analytical projects from inception to execution.

As a Project Analyst within GSI, you will play a key role in formulating impactful strategies to achieve our objectives, fostering strong relationships with project stakeholders (Operations, Capabilities, Compliance, Risk), ensuring seamless integration of changes into our operational teams while minimizing potential negative impacts, and maximizing opportunities to realize anticipated benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from start to finish across International Commercial Credit markets.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with essential partners.
  • Oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, taking ownership of changes and collaborating on larger projects.
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at surpassing Commercial Credit goals, enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing collections, minimizing risks, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and provide insights to enhance Right Party Contact rates and Total Dollars Collected metrics.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and status reports, keeping stakeholders informed on timelines, milestones, risks, and metrics to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure that legal and regulatory controls are integral to all project implementations and executions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Promote the GCC brand among business partners, aligning with our global objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a knack for articulating project goals to stakeholders and business partners.
  • Ability to collaborate across various teams and business lines, working with remote partners globally.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Track record of delivering measurable results across shareholder and customer metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred expertise in credit products, policies, procedures, and servicing capabilities within GCC.
