Role Overview
This position is part of GSI (Global Commercial Credit Strategy and Integration) – the project team responsible for developing strategies and integrating new products and changes into the Commercial Credit International teams. GSI drives the optimal strategy for Global Commercial Credit (GCC) and engages in various integration and analytical projects from inception to execution.
As a Project Analyst within GSI, you will play a vital role in formulating impactful strategies to achieve our objectives, establishing and demonstrating robust working relationships with project partners (Operations, Capabilities, Compliance, Risk), seamlessly integrating changes into our operational teams while minimizing potential negative impacts and maximizing opportunities to realize expected benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from start to finish across International Commercial Credit markets Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, taking ownership of changes and collaborating on larger projects Contribute to strategies aimed at exceeding Commercial Credit goals—enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing collections, minimizing risks, and improving customer experience Provide analysis and insights to enhance Right Party Contact rates and Total Dollars Collected metrics Develop and maintain project plans and status reports, offering stakeholders regular updates on timelines, milestones, risks, and metrics to ensure timely project completion Ensure that Legal and Regulatory controls are integral to all project implementations and executions Deliver clear and effective communications Strengthen the GCC brand with business partners, aligning with our global objectivesRequired Qualifications:
Strong experience in Project Management Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey project objectives to stakeholders and business partners Collaborative mindset, working across multiple teams and lines of business with global remote partners Analytical capabilities, with a knack for identifying issues and proposing solutions Proven track record of delivering tangible results across Shareholder and Customer metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred expertise in credit products, policies, procedures, and servicing capabilities within GCCWe support our colleagues and their families with benefits and programs that promote their overall well-being.
