Role Overview


This position is within the Global Commercial Credit Strategy and Integration (GSI) team, which is responsible for developing strategies and integrating new products and modifications into the Commercial Credit International divisions. GSI formulates the optimal approach for Global Commercial Credit (GCC) and engages in various integration and analytical initiatives from inception to execution.

As a Project Analyst within GSI, you will play a key role in formulating impactful strategies to achieve our objectives, establishing and demonstrating robust working relationships with project stakeholders (Operations, Capabilities, Compliance, Risk), ensuring seamless integration of changes into our operational teams while minimizing potential adverse effects and maximizing opportunities to realize anticipated benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive project management across International Commercial Credit sectors
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with essential partners
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, taking ownership of changes and collaborating on larger projects
  • Contribute to strategies aimed at surpassing Commercial Credit objectives—enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing collections, mitigating risks, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Provide analytical insights to enhance Right Party Contact rates and Total Dollars Collected metrics
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, milestones, risks, and metrics to ensure timely project completion
  • Ensure that Legal and Regulatory considerations are integral to all project implementations and executions
  • Deliver clear and effective communications
  • Strengthen the GCC brand with business partners, aligning with our global goals
Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Project Management skills and experience
  • Exceptional communication abilities with a talent for conveying project objectives to stakeholders and business partners
  • Collaborative mindset across various teams and business lines, working with remote partners globally
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying challenges and proposing solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results across Shareholder and Customer metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred knowledge of credit products, policies, procedures, and service capabilities within GCC
