Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will begin by undergoing comprehensive training in all security patrol officer functions within the organization. Following training, the individual will primarily operate from the management office during standard business hours and will be included in the on-call duty roster.

Training and Development:
Coaching will focus on the operational aspects of the company, which will encompass:

  • Conducting customer security assessments leading to the development of security protocols and service implementation.
  • Overseeing the execution of security services.
  • Ensuring compliance with British Standards and conducting quality evaluations.
  • Participating in external professional development courses to enhance managerial credibility within the company.

Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possession of a valid and current SIA license (SG, DS, or CP).
  • A full UK driving license for manual vehicles.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the security sector.
  • Experience with mobile security operations, alarm response, and property access management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic work ethic with a willingness to learn.
  • Competence in using Windows PCs and mobile devices.
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate periods of absence.
  • Proximity to the operational area to ensure timely response to emergency situations.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is £32,000-£34,500, along with a company pension plan, complimentary on-site parking, and 20 days of annual leave.
