We are seeking a proactive and skilled Infrastructure & Security Operations Lead to become a vital part of our team. Role Overview:

As the Infrastructure & Security Operations Lead, you will oversee the daily management of our clients' infrastructure and cloud security while providing internal support to our UK-based teams. This hands-on position demands expertise in network infrastructure security and change management, ensuring a robust and secure IT framework that evolves with the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain all infrastructure technologies, including networks, firewalls, servers, and cloud services.
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery systems.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to enhance quality standards and provide daily support.
  • Act as the primary contact for IT security incidents and breaches.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of security architecture and the ability to advise stakeholders on critical network security devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud computing.
  • Knowledgeable in various cyber technologies related to infrastructure protection and application security.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to assist the team with daily IT support.
  • Experience with both traditional IT service management and modern agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems, along with DNS management.
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 compliance and a proactive approach to security audits.
  • Experience with tools like GitHub, Rundeck, and Ansible is advantageous.
